Thank you for your interest in obtaining a COVID swab test through Kindly read the following service terms and conditions prior to booking an appointment. Do ensure your particulars are correct to prevent errors on travel documents and certificates issued to you. 


The service fee encompasses the provision of end-to-end service which includes the physical swab charge, lab processing fee, and the notification to person(s) of their result.


Cancellation Policies


Cancellation in more than 48 hours before the appointment time: Full Refund, minus a $20 administrative charge. 

Cancellation in less than 48 hours before appointment time: No Refund.

On-site cancellation: No Refund.


Any request for cancellation, amendment, or re-sending of lab results will be tended to during operating hours only (Mondays to Sundays, 8AM-10PM; public holidays included). Any request for cancellation due to extenuating circumstances shall be approved at the discretion of Acumen Diagnostics. The refund amount will be credited back to you within 4 weeks. 

*There shall be no withdrawal of cancellation requests once processed. 


Rescheduling Policies

All appointment rescheduling requests will be free of charge, if:

The new clinic swab appointment time is within 24 hours from the time of request submission, OR

The new home swab appointment time is within 48 hours from the time of request submission. 

You will be notified via email that the request for rescheduling is received and confirmed.

It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that the appointment date and time for the results are in accordance to the event / pre-departure flight requirements of the country that the applicant is travelling to.

Clients who do not adhere to the cut-off timings will not be able to obtain the results in time for departure, and shall not be held responsible for any consequences.


Pre-Departure COVID-19 Tests Appointment:

2) I agree that all information provided is complete and accurate. shall not be held responsible should there be any delays in or inability to provide the test results and memo as a result of inaccurate information provided by me.


3) I agree that all time slots provided to me are subjected to availability. I agree to be offered an alternative time slot at a nearby clinic if required. I acknowledge that confirmed appointments are review periodically. If the appointment booking is not valid for the indicated departure time, the appointment may be rescheduled to the next suitable timeslot subjected to clinic availability and without prior notice.


4) I accept the full responsibility to check and ensure that the appointment slot provided to me fulfills the required testing windows of the respective countries. shall not be held responsible should there be any delays as a result of the client doing a swab test beyond their appointment.


5) I acknowledge that I will have to visit the clinic at least 10 minutes before the appointment with:

1) Identity card or passport

2) Departure flight details can only proceed with the appointment with the provision of the above-mentioned documents and/or the partner laboratories shall not be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities whatsoever (including, without limitation, any direct or indirect damages for costs, loss of income, revenue or profits, business interruption) resulting or arising directly or indirectly from your use of our test services.
