What is a Vaccinated Travel Lane?
Vaccinated Travel Lanes (VTL) were announced in September 2021.

The VTL is only open to those who have been fully vaccinated. You are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after you have received the full regimen of the Pfizer-BioTech, Moderna, or other vaccines approved by the World Health Organisation’s Emergency Use Listing.
Singapore will launch the Vaccinated Travel Lanes (VTLs) for Finland, Indonesia, Malaysia and Sweden from 29 November 2021 and will open for Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP) applications from 22 November 2021. We will launch the VTLs for Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates from 6 December 2021, and will open for VTP applications from 29 November 2021. We also intend to launch a VTL for India for entry into Singapore from 29 November 2021 and will open VTP applications from 22 November 2021.
